Hello everyone,

Welcome to the first post on the UGTM Media Tech Updates Blog. My hope is to use this space for frequent updates and keep a running log of media tech details.

As you start the year, you will notice some changes to your Wake ID portal. It has become more functional and customizable. The details for these changes can be found here. You will want to start with this preview video. Once you log in, be sure to click on the Wake ID Portal app if it doesn't come up automatically for some items you may notice are missing on the application launcher.

As a reminder, I am looking to restart the Media Technology Action Committee and would love for others to join us. Here is the sign up sheet. Meeting times will be determined with member input.

Additionally, based upon your feedback, the staff owned lending library will continue to be upstairs in the work room. I will include a clipboard sign out for your convenience. If more interest is expressed in an additional Facebook group, I will pursue that at another time.
